Joker's Revenge

Game and Level Designer

A turn-based combat game based around the idea of suits fighting each other

​

Joker's Revenge is a turn-based RPG. You take control of Joker, who was bullied and discriminated against by the other cards, on his journey to finally take revenge and become the ultimate 'Card of all cards.'

​

Team Size: 6

Engine: Unity

What did I do:

  • Led the design team, brainstorming the core loop.

  • Designing the card systems and balancing the turn-based combat stats.

  • World and level design, gameplay flow.

  • System Design.

  • Wrote the entire narrative structure for the game.

  • Planning and documentation.

Game Designer

A chilling social experiment meant to see what choices one would make in times of crisis.

Take a deep breath was initially Created for the Lv99 game jam, This game forces you to make decisions, that will test your moral compass. Your choices, whether good or bad will influence how the game ends for you. Remember, Never let your intrusive thoughts win.

What did I do:

  • Led the team for the Game Jam.

  • Designing the layouts for each room and type of actions for each room.

  • Gameplay flow.​

  • Planning and documentation.

Nebula Disrupted

Game Programmer and Designer

A 2d platformer game created by Team "It Takes Five" to represent our college at our initial IGDC visit.

​

Nebula Disrupted follows the story of an astronaut stuck on the satellite "Nebula." All the supporting AI have gone rogue and now you, as the player, have to regain control of the space station. The prototype for this game was showcased at the Indian Game Developer Conference 2022.

​

Team Size: 5

Engine: Unity

What did I do:

  • Helped the lead developer in creating different enemy and level mechanics.

  • Managed a small team of 5 to create a working prototype within 15 days.

  • Wrote a small Narrative for the game.

  • Helped design levels and smaller systems to get the work done on time.

I'm currently based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. I've completed my Bachelor's Degree in Game Design from Artemisia College of Art and Design, Indore (M.P) for 4 years.

My fascination with Level Design and Game design began as a childhood dream, one that I've transformed into a career. I relish the opportunity to meld intricate narratives with well-crafted gaming environments and puzzles like God of War and Devil May Cry, where each element has a purpose, and every challenge is part of a grander adventure. Whether it's navigating through a sprawling open world like Grand Theft Auto or unveiling the hidden layers of a character's psyche like in Prototype, I'm committed to making every gaming experience unforgettable.
